Questions

Clear Answers Before You Build

Implementation pricing, integrations, support, human oversight, operating boundaries, and the live demonstration.

Project and Support

No. The public packages are one-time implementation projects. Each build includes thirty days of post-launch managed support. Continued management is optional.

You may self-manage the delivered system or request a separate ongoing support agreement.

No. Human oversight includes testing, selected-call review, reported-issue review, and refinement within the approved support scope.

Timing depends on scope, access, client responsiveness, integrations, testing, and third-party providers. The approved scope states the delivery schedule.

Technology and Costs

Possibly. Integration depends on access, compatibility, provider limits, and the approved technical scope. FCG reviews these factors before confirming a build.

Telephone provisioning, usage, platform subscriptions, and third-party fees are included only when expressly listed in the approved written scope.

No. Results depend on the client operation, customer behaviour, platform availability, and third-party systems.

Boundaries and Demonstration

No. The system handles approved routine interactions. Complex, sensitive, licensed, clinical, advisory, or relationship-driven matters must route to a person.

Potentially, after a separate workflow and vendor review. The system does not provide medical, insurance, legal, or financial advice.

No. Sarah is a live Med Spa demonstration that shows one approved non-clinical workflow. Client systems are configured separately.
